Any cancellation or exchange in accordance with the above terms qualifies for payment reversal or replacement of the product, depending on the availability of the product and the preference of the User. Once a replacement or exchange is approved, the product will be picked up, and a new product will be delivered within 7–10 working days.
All eligible refunds for cancellations of orders by the User before delivery of the product will be subject to a deduction of 2% plus applicable taxes (Two Percent (2%) plus applicable taxes of the product price already paid, i.e., the transaction value) as banking and transaction charges. The balance amount will be processed for refund to the User. The User understands and agrees to such deduction by submitting a cancellation request for any order before delivery of the product.
Any eligible refund will be initiated by LAKSHMI TRADING COMPANY PVT. LTD. for credit into the same account from which the payment was made by the User:
Within seven (7) working days of receipt of the cancellation request, in case of cancellation before delivery of the product(s).
Within seven (7) working days after LAKSHMI TRADING COMPANY PVT. LTD.’s logistics partner picks up the product(s) from the User’s place, in case of cancellation after delivery of the product(s).
Any refund approved will be credited to your original payment mode within 7 working days. However, the refund will be credited to the User’s bank/credit card/debit card account/wallet within the time taken by banking channels to process the transaction. LAKSHMI TRADING COMPANY PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for any charges levied by the bank for processing the refund; these charges will be solely borne by the User.
All refunds will be made by crediting the account from which the payment was originally made.
Interest Fee Reversal – In case of cancellation of any transaction for any reason, and if an EMI facility was availed by the User for that transaction, the interest fee debited to the User’s card account shall be reversed according to the terms of the respective bank. The User must contact their card issuing bank directly. LAKSHMI TRADING COMPANY PVT. LTD. recommends that the User informs the card issuing bank of the cancellation and follows up with the bank for the refund. The refund of any interest depends on the stage of the transaction when it is cancelled and will be done according to the terms of the card issuing bank. LAKSHMI TRADING COMPANY PVT. LTD. shall not be responsible for any delay or issues relating to interest refunds by the respective bank.
